My grandson Davin at 4 months old he died of SIDS. So happened that he had just received his 3rd series of shots

According to the CDC's vaccination schedule up to 4 months old the child received the following shots:
HepB ------------------- 3 shots ------------------= 3
Rota (Rotavirus) 2 shots (5 Live Viruses per shot = 10)
DTAP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) - 2 shots (3 vaccines per shot = 6)
Hip (Haemophilus inlfuenzae typeB) - 2 shots (4 Vaccines per shot =
PCV (Pneumacoccal) - 2 shots (8 Vaccines per shot = 16)
IPV (Inactivated Polio Virus) - 2 shots (3 Vaccines per shot = 6)
The grand total by 4 months was 13 Shots and vaccines = 49
